CHARLOTTE GOMEZ REJOINS ARTS DISTRICT CHORALE’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Arts District Chorale (ADC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlotte Gomez to its Board of Directors, effective August 21, 2025. She will serve the organization as both Treasurer and Chair of its Finance Committee.
A singer (soprano) with ADC since 2008, Gomez is a lifelong lover of choral music. A native Dallasite, she first sang with Highland Park High School’s Lads and Lassies, then later with the Dallas Symphony Chorus. With eclectic tastes ranging from Mahler to musical theater, singing has been a constant in her life.
Gomez received a BS in Exercise Physiology and a MS in Business Administration / Human Relations. She is newly retired from a 32-year career with Texas Instruments (TI), where she served in a variety of roles in Human Resources.
Beyond ADC, Gomez’ community involvement includes her prior board service to her lake home’s property owners association. Her hobbies include working out, entertaining, traveling, and cooking. She and husband Oscar are proud parents to two devoted dogs.
“We are exceptionally happy to have Charlotte re-up for board service,” says ADC’s Board President Anne Thomas. “Her first term in 2010 included work with the Governance Committee, and her prior role as Treasurer provides invaluable insight to our current operations. In addition, Charlotte’s parents and sister are some of our favorite fans and supporters."
